Same-day scanning: how we do it
Post arrives at our Gas Lane hub throughout the morning. Each item is logged against the customer, opened under CCTV, and queued for scanning.
Office and Headquarters plans are prioritised in the scan queue. By early afternoon, most items are in the customer's dashboard with a full PDF preview.
If something is urgent — HMRC, court papers, a parcel notice — we flag it automatically so you see it at the top of your inbox.
